Location; metro station&bus stp nearby, there's also a supermarket in walkable distance the room was clean.
The room rate indicated here does't include 4% of service tax that you should pay at the arrival so be aware. There's no soap, shampoo, toilette paper in bathroom no detergent, sponge, tea, coffee, sugar, etc in kitchen. Don't forget to bring these kind of things. Toilette bowl was hissing at night and I found the bathroom floor all wet in the next morning. Guest service is not very well organized. Everything was IKEA furnished which was totally cheap and poor. The price is good but there's a reason why it's cheaper than the others. I won't stay here again.
This is the best home hotel i have ever experienced. It is really cheap and it is like an apartment. The Kitchen has every thing what u need and the room are beautiful.Besides, they have the hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, clean towels...it saves a lot space of my suitcase. The location is the best either. There are bus station under the building(it is really convince!!) and supermarket, restaurants, and cafeterias just locate beside it.I just cost 10 minus walk to go to the St,Catherine shopping street. In all words,it was great choice.
U need take brush, shampoo, shower gel, soap and paper towel by yourself.
On the corner of Parc and Prince you are close to Mont Royal, St Laurent (goin out) and shopping on St Catherine.... So perfect location (busstop just outside, Reso 2 stops away, taxis just outside as well) The room is ok, the couch not so comfy to sleep in. Bring own towels if you stay more than 3 days (there is only 1 pp). But overall, perfect!
They should change the couch, it's really not cool to sleep in it. We had no toiletpaper and had to go out and buy some.
I really liked the location and comfort.
Room carpets! Very old and difficult to clean out the dust; should be replaced.
The flat was clean and pleasant, and fairly well situated.
The flat was not at the address given on the website. It was very close, but since I needed to give the precise address to a coworker to arrange a meeting, this was very irritating. The staff who met me to give me the key, and picked it up were very very casual. Young-man-loitering-on-a-street-corner casual, which didn't inspire confidence. They were not very communicative either - no one mentioned to me where I was to leave the key when I left - I had to call them and wait on hold while they figured this out and arranged to pick it up.
very clean, nice furniture, the kitchen is very equiped. it is central located near shopping,Mc gill university. I felt home while I was a way from home. I will difinitly go back a gain and I recomended for any one.
just the parking if they have a3 day deal or a week will be very good
Quiet, neat, nice view. Restaurants, supermarket, SAQ, post office close. Internet access. Staff : efficient and polite.
No place for smokers, but I suppose they're persona non grata everywhere these days.
I enjoyed the friendly staff and the location of the rental
The design of the studio, the view, the white colours
There was only two towels for a stay of 8 days, the carpet was so dirty full of hair, we had to keep our shoes all the times because of this, there was a delay in handing over the keys in check in, and early insist of check out before the agreed time, where the cleaner came twice before check out time. Also delay inhanding over laundry room access, also a confusion in my name about a payment with a another tenant.
The aparment was in a good location in Montreal. The bedroom and living room were a good size, though the kitchen and bathroom were quite small. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware.
The photos on the website were misleading - it was not clean and modern as shown but rather old and tired, more like student accommodation than a vacation property. The apartment was badly managed - while there was linen for the beds and two small towels, there was no soap (kitchen or bathroom), sponges, teatowels (etc), almost no toilet paper, and no housekeeping service. This means we had to spend over $40 for basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were incorrectly double-charged and not told about the additional 4% charge for creditcard payment (though no one ever met us in person so there was no other way to pay). The company did not address my concerns appropriately. I found this apartment to be appaling value and poorly manage
A clean and well equipped small apartment in a good location on the plateau. Very inexpensive.
Decor is simple but cheap looking. Bring your own soap!
The location of the apartment was superb, the initial access to the apartment was easy and quick and the staff responded to any concerns almost immediately. All in all an excellent choice for anyone going to Montreal
The furniture in the apartment was not as comfortable as it could have been. The bed, for example was very low.
I liked having access to kitchen. I also felt the staff were incredible and consistently checked in to make sure everything was going ok.
I stayed at the 1975 de Maisonneuve location, but was originally booked to stay at the Park Avenue and Prince Arthur location (3600 Park Avenue or avenue du parc in French) in Montreal. The north facing view of the southern part of Mont Royal (the mountain that can be seen from almost anywhere in the city ) was lovely and the room was nice and clean. Also, I found the staff that work for My Studio Apartments in Montreal to be very friendly and accommodating. Lovely young people with a caring attitude. Kudos to them!
I was double booked and I only found out once I arrived at Montreal after being on a 5 hr. Train ride from Toronto. I admit that since I have no data on my phone, it was almost impossible for the company to reach me until they met me at the location I was to stay originally on Park Avenue and Prince Arthur. I wish I would have received more notice so that I could be the one deciding which location I would stay in. The Park Avenue location would have been much more convenient for me as most of my family and friends live closer to that location and it would have been much easier for me to commute via bus to visit them, etc... I am an ex-Montrealer who visits Montreal regularly and have just recently discovered this apartment renting company. I have come before with my husband and son and stayed at 350 rue Prince Arthur and that location was ideal. The actual room at the de Maisonneuve location was fine; acceptably clean but the bathroom smelled like it was recently sprayed for pests. Also, there was a huge apartment building just adjacent to the one I was in and they were washing the complete exterior of the building with very noisy, industrial strength power washers, so they woke me up early Friday morning and even with the window and door shut, I could hear the noise clearly. Not a nice thing to be hearing when you are on vacation or at any other time. Fortunately for me, they did not work over the weekend.
The location was good.
The carpets were dirty and stained, the kitchen smelled like cat food, the paint in the bathroom was cracked, the apartment was not what we expected and was not the original unit we were told. Also picking up the key was a pain and parking was difficult as well.
